1. 關於 OfficeScan


Trend Micro OfficeScan 可保護企業網路,不受惡意程式、網路病毒、Web-based 安全威脅、間諜程式和混合式安全威脅的攻擊。OfficeScan 是一種整合式的解決方案,它是由常駐於端點的用戶端程式和用於管理所有用戶端的伺服器程式所組成。用戶端可保護端點,並向伺服器回報其安全狀態。伺服器的 Web-based 管理主控台則可讓您輕鬆地在每一部用戶端上,設定協調的安全策略和部署更新。

Active Directory 整合

OfficeScan 利用 Microsoft Active Directory 服務來確保電腦符合組織的安全規範。透過定期輪詢 Active Directory,OfficeScan 可偵測未安裝安全軟體的電腦,並在那些電腦安裝用戶端。OfficeScan 也可以讓您利用使用者的 Active Directory 帳號來指定使用者的 Web 主控台存取權限。

以角色為基礎的管理

以角色為基礎的管理可讓您將 Web 主控台管理工作委派給其他管理員,並允許非管理員檢視 Web 主控台項目。您必須先建立具有 OfficeScan Web 主控台功能之特定存取權限的使用者角色,然後將這些角色指定給使用者。透過建立自訂使用者帳號或使用現有的 Active Directory 帳號來管理使用者。

行為監控

OfficeScan Server 只能從下列版本升級:

OfficeScan Server 無法從 9.96 版 Build 1011(或 OfficeScan 10 Beta III)升級。如果您執行此版本的 OfficeScan,您可以解除安裝 OfficeScan 並執行全新安裝,或先升級到 9.98 版 Build 1017,然後再升級到此產品版本。

8. 已知問題


下列為此版本中的已知問題:

伺服器安裝、升級和解除安裝

  1. 從遠端安裝 OfficeScan Server 到 Windows 2008 電腦之後,Web 主控台捷徑不會立即顯示在該電腦的桌面。請按 F5 重新整理桌面以顯示捷徑。

  2. 將 OfficeScan Server 安裝到使用 FAT32 檔案系統的磁碟時,無法使用以角色為基礎的登入方式登入 OfficeScan Web 主控台。

  3. 當 ACE/RSA 軟體與 OfficeScan Server 在 Windows 2003 電腦上並行執行時,為 ACE/RSA 軟體建立的所有登入 Token 會收到拒絕存取錯誤。如果要避免此問題,請將 OfficeScan Server 安裝在沒有執行 ACE/RSA 軟體的電腦上。

  4. 如果要執行全新安裝,只能使用終端機服務。

  5. 如果 OfficeScan 8.x/7.x 伺服器或用戶端上的「病毒清除引擎」版本比 OfficeScan 10 安裝程式套件中所包含的版本還新,則升級伺服器和用戶端之後,引擎會回復為安裝程式中包含的版本。為避免發生此問題,請關閉自動用戶端升級、升級伺服器、立即更新伺服器上的元件,然後升級用戶端。

  6. 如果您在整合式「雲端截毒伺服器」正在更新「雲端病毒碼」期間將 OfficeScan Server 升級到 9.98 版 Build 1017(或 OfficeScan 10 Beta IV),更新程序不會停止,導致病毒碼更新失敗。當更新程序終止,下一次執行更新時即可成功地更新病毒碼。為避免此問題,請確定整合式伺服器並未執行元件更新,然後再升級 OfficeScan Server。

  7. 在升級時,如果現存的 OfficeScan 資料庫檔案(可在「OfficeScan/PCCSRV」之下的「HTTPDB」資料夾中找到)非常大,升級程序可能會逾時。趨勢科技建議您在進行升級前清除資料庫。

用戶端安裝、升級和解除安裝

  1. 如果您在 Active Directory 建立登入程式檔,然後以系統管理員身分登入 Windows Vista Home 或 2008 電腦,則 OfficeScan 用戶端無法安裝至該電腦,而顯示的訊息指出所使用的帳號不是管理員帳號。

  2. 當此產品版本安裝到 Citrix Presentation Server 時,Citrix 用戶端會失去與伺服器的連線。如果要解決此問題:

    1. 在 Citrix 伺服器上,開啟「登錄編輯程式」,並瀏覽至 HKLM\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\NSC\TmProxy\WhiteList

    2. 按一下「編輯|新增|機碼」,並將該機碼命名為 IIS。

    3. 在這個新機碼下,以 ProcessImageName 這個名稱建立字串值(「編輯|新增|字串值」),並使用 w3wp.exe 做為其值。

    4. 重新啟動 OfficeScan NT 監聽程式服務。

  1. 當鎖定 Windows 服務控制管理員 (SCM) 的應用程式啟動時,無法安裝或升級 OfficeScan 用戶端。升級或安裝 OfficeScan 之前,請確定未執行任何 SCM 鎖定應用程式。

  2. 在執行 Windows 2008 的電腦上執行 Vulnerability Scanner 時,工具的主控台不會顯示「DHCP」標籤。

  3. ServerProtect 一般伺服器移轉工具無法:

    1. 偵測具有 Patch 7 或更新版本的 ServerProtect for Windows 5.8

    2. 在安裝 OfficeScan 用戶端之後重新啟動目標電腦(即使已選取「安裝後重新啟動」選項)

如果要解決這些問題,請在「一般伺服器」和「資料伺服器」上開啟「登錄編輯程式」,並新增下列登錄機碼:

  1. Microsoft IIS 7 在下列情況無法運作:

該電腦會顯示一則訊息,要求使用者重新啟動 IIS 服務以解決問題。

  1. 從 Web 安裝頁面安裝用戶端時,使用者可能會看到一則錯誤訊息,說明 ActiveX 安裝程式控制項未下載安裝所需的資訊。當使用者重試安裝時,則不會再顯示錯誤訊息,而且會繼續安裝。

如果要避免看到該錯誤訊息,請啟動 Internet Explorer 中的「自動提示 ActiveX 控制項」。

  1. 如果要在具備 64 位元處理器架構的電腦上進行用戶端 Web 安裝,您必須使用 32 位元版本的 Internet Explorer。本產品不支援 64 位元版本的 Internet Explorer。

  2. 如果電腦上已安裝 Norton SystemWorks Antivirus,可能無法安裝 OfficeScan 用戶端。請在安裝 OfficeScan 用戶端之前解除安裝。

  3. 如果使用 Login Script Setup (AutoPcc.exe) 將 OfficeScan 用戶端安裝在已安裝 Panda Software 的電腦,請在安裝用戶端之前,先手動解除安裝 Panda Software 並重新啟動電腦。

  4. 如果是使用「每一使用者」(per-user) 方式安裝 OfficeScan 用戶端,OfficeScan 用戶端捷徑仍會出現在所有使用者的 Windows「開始」功能表上。

  5. 如果是使用「每一使用者」(per-user) 方式安裝 OfficeScan 用戶端,當伺服器通知用戶端進行解除安裝時,將不會移除「新增/移除程式」清單上的程式項目。

  6. 使用 Microsoft 的 "sysprep" 公用程式複製虛擬機器影像時,如果 OfficeScan 用戶端安裝在來源虛擬機器上,複製將不會成功。解決這個問題:

  1. 關閉來源虛擬機器上的「區域連線」。

  2. 關閉虛擬機器電源,並開始複製映像。

  3. 設定複製的映像上的自訂設定。

  4. 開啟虛擬機器電源。

  1. 一般防火牆安裝程式 (ncfg.exe) 在升級期間可能暫時停止運作。重新啟動電腦,然後重新執行升級。

  2. 如果已啟動「用戶端可更新元件,但不升級用戶端程式或部署 HotFix」Web 主控台設定,則 OfficeScan 用戶端無法將「間諜程式掃瞄引擎」從第 5 版升級到第 6 版。

  3. 如果使用 MSI 套件來升級原本也是使用 MSI 套件安裝的 OfficeScan 用戶端,新的 MSI 套件與原始套件必須具有相同的檔案名稱,否則升級會失敗。如果不知道原始套件的檔案名稱,請啟動新的套件,系統會顯示檔案名稱。重新命名新套件並重新啟動。

  4. 將伺服器升級至此版本,並且在用戶端執行 Login Script (AutoPcc.exe) 之後,「間諜程式掃瞄引擎」不會更新到第 6 版,且「間諜程式病毒碼」版本會變成「無」。如果要避免此問題,在升級之前,請在 Web 主控台上啟動下列選項:

    「更新|用戶端電腦|自動更新|當用戶端重新啟動並連線到 OfficeScan Server 時,讓用戶端開始元件更新」

  1. 升級 OfficeScan 之後發生下列問題:

「0x800b0100:主體中目前沒有任何簽章。」

如果要解決這些問題,請執行下列步驟:

趨勢科技建議您使用用戶端樹狀結構中的 Client Mover 功能,將用戶端移至不同的伺服器。如果要這麼做,請移至「用戶端電腦|用戶端管理|管理用戶端樹狀結構|移動用戶端」。

掃瞄

  1. OfficeScan Server 上「間諜程式/可能的資安威脅程式記錄檔」的日期和時間與 OfficeScan 用戶端上「間諜程式/可能的資安威脅程式記錄檔」的日期和時間不同。OfficeScan Server 上「間諜程式/可能的資安威脅程式記錄檔」顯示伺服器上的日期和時間,而非用戶端的日期和時間。

  2. 指定「預約掃瞄」、「立即掃瞄」和「即時掃瞄」的掃瞄目標時,可關閉間諜程式/可能的資安威脅程式掃瞄。不過,對於「手動掃瞄」則沒有關閉間諜程式/可能的資安威脅程式掃瞄的選項,這表示在「手動掃瞄」期間,OfficeScan 一定會掃瞄間諜程式/可能的資安威脅程式。

  3. 無法清除網路磁碟機中的間諜程式/可能的資安威脅程式,但掃瞄結果顯示清除已成功。在本機電腦上執行「手動掃瞄」,以便 OfficeScan 可以對間諜程式/可能的資安威脅程式採取適當的中毒處理行動。

  4. 當掃瞄完成時,OfficeScan 會顯示通知頁。在 Windows 2008 電腦上,此頁面的背景顏色不符合 OfficeScan 通知頁的標準顏色。

  5. 當 OfficeScan 設定為在「手動掃瞄」期間掃瞄網路磁碟機時,透過「終端機服務」用戶端開始掃瞄可能無法掃瞄網路磁碟機。

  2. 在 Citrix 環境中,當 OfficeScan 用戶端在某一使用者階段作業期間被偵測到安全威脅時,此安全威脅的通知訊息會顯示在所有作用中使用者階段作業中。

安全威脅可能是下列任何一項:

  1. 當 OfficeScan 偵測到病毒/惡意程式並要求重新啟動電腦以清除中毒檔案時,通知訊息提示使用者重新啟動。如果使用者並未重新啟動電腦,而且偵測到一般病毒/惡意程式,則系統會再次顯示重新啟動通知,即使該一般病毒/惡意程式偵測結果並未要求重新啟動。

伺服器更新

  1. 從 Control Manager 更新 OfficeScan 病毒碼和引擎時,即使已啟動更新,系統也不會通知管理員更新狀態。您可以從 Control Manager 主控台檢視更新狀態。

用戶端更新

  1. 執行 64 位元平台的「更新代理程式」無法產生漸增式病毒碼。因此,無論之前已下載多少個病毒碼,「更新代理程式」都會下載主動式更新伺服器中所有可用的漸增式病毒碼。

  2. 當 OfficeScan Server 通知用戶端更新元件時,如果「更新代理程式」尚未升級至 8.0 版 SP1 或更新版本,則從「更新代理程式」取得更新的用戶端將無法更新。不過,這些用戶端仍然可以直接從 OfficeScan Server 取得更新。

  3. 在 OfficeScan 用戶端電腦上,如果系統管理員在 OfficeScan Server Web 主控台的「權限和其他設定」畫面上啟動「用戶端主控台存取限制」選項,則 Internet Explorer 中的自動 Proxy 偵測無法運作。

  4. 當伺服器和用戶端電腦位於不同時區時,無法將用戶端設定為根據伺服器的時區進行更新。

伺服器管理

  1. 當電腦的日期/時間格式變更時,OfficeScan 主控台上的日期/時間格式不會自動變更。

  2. 以角色為基礎的 Web 主控台存取在 Windows 2000 電腦上會被關閉(如果該電腦沒有安裝下列項目):

  1. 如果使用 x64 版本的 Internet Explorer 6.0 或更新版本,而且電腦執行 x64 架構的平台,Web 主控台登入不會成功。使用 x86 版本的 Internet Explorer 即可成功地登入。

  2. 如果 OfficeScan Server 是安裝在 Windows Server 2008 電腦上,而且您以 UNC 路徑格式指定位置,OfficeScan 資料庫將無法備份到正確位置。如果要備份資料庫,請暫時關閉該電腦上的「使用者帳戶控制」。如需關閉「使用者帳戶控制」的詳細資訊,請參閱 Microsoft 文件。

用戶端管理

  1. 無法將舊版 OfficeScan 中的 Web 主控台設定匯入此版本的主控台。

  2. 在某些 Windows Vista 電腦上,開啟 OfficeScan 用戶端主控台可能造成電腦在一段特定期間中停止回應(此期間的長短視電腦的可用記憶體而定)。

如果要避免發生此問題:

  1. 三個防毒元件未顯示在主控台上。這些元件如下:

  1. 如果用戶端使用雲端截毒掃瞄,而且用戶端電腦是執行 Windows Server 2003 或 Windows XP,系統匣上用戶端圖示的部分滑鼠移過文字會隱藏在工作列後方。

  1. 用於用戶端和伺服器通訊的內部 Proxy 不支援 SOCKS 4 通訊協定。

  2. 如果您已安裝趨勢科技Network VirusWall Enforce,請安裝 HotFix(對於Network VirusWall Enforce 2500,請安裝 Build 1047;對於Network VirusWall Enforcer 1200,則請安裝 Build 1013) 並將 OPSWAT 引擎更新至 2.5.1017 版,讓產品可以偵測用戶端掃瞄方法。

  3. 指定病毒/惡意程式感染來源的通知訊息時(「通知|用戶端使用者通知|病毒/惡意程式|病毒/惡意程式感染來源」),無法使用雙位元組字元(東亞語言中通常使用的字元)。

  4. 在 Web 主控台的用戶端樹狀結構中,某些用戶端的防火牆資料檔是「無」。請重新載入用戶端,在用戶端樹狀結構上反映正確的資料檔名稱。

  5. 如果您進行 OfficeScan Server 的全新安裝,請部署病毒爆發防範策略,然後將現有用戶端從其上層伺服器移到剛安裝的伺服器,而病毒爆發防範策略不會套用到移動的用戶端。

  6. 當 OfficeScan Server 管理未升級到此版本的用戶端時,可以更新「病毒掃瞄引擎」和「病毒碼」。然而,請記住下列事項:

  1. 如果一個病毒爆發防範策略僅在特定網域中執行,在該網域下的新安裝用戶端不會套用這個病毒爆發防範策略。請在執行策略時選擇用戶端樹狀圖的根目錄而非網域,以確保新安裝的用戶端也會套用這個策略。

  2. 依照日光節約時間 (DST) 調整的正確時間,可能不會顯示在 OfficeScan 用戶端上。關閉並重新啟動 OfficeScan 用戶端,即可解決此問題。

  3. 如果 Web 主控台的用戶端安全層級設定為「高」,將無法經由 Nortel VPN 用戶端建立連線。

周邊設備存取控管

  1. 當插入式裝置 (USB) 的權限是「唯讀」時,使用者仍然可以在裝置上建立新資料夾,但無法重新命名該資料夾,而且無法將任何檔案儲存到該資料夾。

  2. 「周邊設備存取控管」功能無法防止您將檔案燒錄到光碟片。

OfficeScan 防火牆

  1. 當防火牆策略的安全層級為「中」或「高」時,OfficeScan 用戶端在伺服器主控台上看似離線。請嘗試使用用戶端監聽通訊埠建立用戶端的 Telnet 連線,以檢查連線狀態。如果無法建立連線,請卸載及重新載入用戶端。

  1. 當 Citrix 伺服器上的安全層級為「中」或「高」時,請執行下列步驟:

    1. 在 OfficeScan Server Web 主控台上,建立新的防火牆策略。

  2. 如果已經有前一版的防火牆驅動程式,而且正在執行中,但網路通訊協定中卻沒有趨勢科技一般防火牆 (Trend Micro Common Firewall) 時,便無法安裝 OfficeScan 防火牆服務和驅動程式。

雲端截毒掃瞄

  1. 當使用者在 64 位元電腦上安裝 OfficeScan Server 和整合式「雲端截毒伺服器」,並在同一部電腦上安裝 Trend Micro Control Manager,但選擇將 IIS 應用程式集區設定從 64 位元變更為 32 位元時,用戶端無法傳送掃瞄查詢至整合式伺服器。如果要解決此問題,請移至 {伺服器安裝資料夾}\PCCSRV\WSS\x86,並將 VSAPIInfo.dll 複製到 \PCCSRV\WSS\isapi。

網頁信譽評等

  1. 在變更 DNS 伺服器之後,網頁信譽評等的 DNS 查詢功能可能繼續使用前一個 DNS 伺服器。

  2. 某些 Proxy 伺服器在啟動 OfficeScan NT Proxy 服務 (TmProxy.exe) 之後無法運作。TmProxy.exe 會攔截來自 Proxy 伺服器的網路傳輸,並再次將傳輸重新導向至 Proxy 伺服器,因而造成迴圈。如果發生此問題,唯一的解決方法是從 OfficeScan Web 主控台關閉內部和外部電腦的「網頁信譽評等」(移至「用戶端電腦|用戶端管理|設定|網頁信譽評等設定」)。請注意,關閉網頁信譽評等會讓您的用戶端電腦受到網路安全的威脅。

安全性符合

趨勢科技建議您不要查詢超過 1000 個帳號,以避免發生此問題。

Policy Server 和 Cisco Trust Agent

  1. Cisco Trust Agent (CTA) 在用戶端電腦的安裝和移除必須使用一項 Windows Utility (netsh.exe) 以將 CTA 新增至 Windows 防火牆程式例外清單或移除它。這麼做的目的是讓 CTA 在 Windows 防火牆啟動時也能進行通訊。

  2. 在部署 Cisco Trust Agent 2.x Supplicant 套件之後,必須重開機。

Control Manager 整合

The Covered Code is a "commercial item," as that term is defined in 48 C.F.R. 2.101 (Oct. 1995), consisting of "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation," as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212 (Sept. 1995). aPLib is a 32bit compression library. aPLib supports a variety of compilers/linkers (BC, Delphi, DJGPP, DOS32, GCC, GNAT, MASM, TASM, TMT, VC, VPascal, Watcom ...) and works under a number of operating systems (DOS/Windows, BeOS, FreeBSD, Linux, OS/2, QNX).

This patent license shall apply to the combination of the Contribution and the Program if, at the time the Contribution is added by the Contributor, such addition of the Contribution causes such combination to be covered by the Licensed Patents. The patent license shall not apply to any other combinations which include the Contribution. No hardware per se is licensed hereunder.

    3.   2. REQUIREMENTS

      3. states that any provisions which differ from this Agreement are offered by that Contributor alone and not by any other party; and

      4. states that source code for the Program is available from such Contributor, and informs licensees how to obtain it in a reasonable manner on or through a medium customarily used for software exchange.

When the Program is made available in source code form:

    1. it must be made available under this Agreement; and

    2. a copy of this Agreement must be included with each copy of the Program.

Contributors may not remove or alter any copyright notices contained within the Program.

Each Contributor must identify itself as the originator of its Contribution, if any, in a manner that reasonably allows subsequent Recipients to identify the originator of the Contribution.

  1. COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTION

In addition, if Recipient institutes patent litigation against any entity (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Program itself (excluding combinations of the Program with other software or hardware) infringes such Recipient's patent(s), then such Recipient's rights granted under Section 2(b) shall terminate as of the date such litigation is filed.

All Recipient's rights under this Agreement shall terminate if it fails to comply with any of the material terms or conditions of this Agreement and does not cure such failure in a reasonable period of time after becoming aware of such noncompliance. If all Recipient's rights under this Agreement terminate, Recipient agrees to cease use and distribution of the Program as soon as reasonably practicable. However, Recipient's obligations under this Agreement and any licenses granted by Recipient relating to the Program shall continue and survive.

Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute copies of this Agreement, but in order to avoid inconsistency the Agreement is copyrighted and may only be modified in the following manner. The Agreement Steward reserves the right to publish new versions (including revisions) of this Agreement from time to time. No one other than the Agreement Steward has the right to modify this Agreement. IBM is the initial Agreement Steward. IBM may assign the responsibility to serve as the Agreement Steward to a suitable separate entity. Each new version of the Agreement will be given a distinguishing version number. Preamble

The Berkeley Software Distribution ("BSD") license has proven very effective over the years at allowing for a wide spread of work throughout both commercial and non-commercial products.  For programmers whose primary intention is to improve the general quality of available software, it is arguable that there is no better license than the BSD license, as it permits improvements to be used wherever they will help, without idealogical or metallic constraint.

This is of particular value to those who produce reference implementations of proposed standards: The case of TCP/IP clearly illustrates that freely and universally available implementations leads the rapid acceptance of standards -- often even being used instead of a de jure standard (eg, OSI network models).

With the rapid proliferation of software licensed under the GNU General Public License, however, the continued success of this role is called into question.  Given that the inclusion of a few lines of "GPL-tainted" work into a larger body of work will result in restricted distribution -- and given that further work will likely build upon the "tainted" portions, making them difficult to remove at a future date -- there are inevitable circumstances where authors would, in order to protect their goal of providing for the widespread usage of their work, wish to guard against such "GPL-taint".

In addition, one can imagine that companies which operate by producing and selling (possibly closed-source) code would wish to protect themselves against the rise of a GPL-licensed competitor.  While under existing licenses this would mean not releasing their code under any form of open license, if a license existed under which they could incorporate any improvements back into their own (commercial) products then they might be far more willing to provide for non-closed distribution.
